What Makes Woodward Park Outstanding

Woodward Park is one school, but two buildings. All seventh and eighth-grade students attend Woodward Park, the Big Park, and sixth graders attend Woodward Park at Walden, or the Little Park.

Woodward Park at Walden

Woodward Park at Walden is the only building in the District that is dedicated to the 6th grade. Teachers at this building have extensive experience in teaching the sixth-grade curriculum and have a strong desire to help students transition successfully from elementary to middle school. Woodward Park at Walden (W@W) offers all the same outstanding programming as Woodward Park Middle School, but tailors this programming so that it is effective for 6th grade students
